Wholesale Partner Benefits
At YINFENYA INC, we believe long-term business should be built on shared growth. Our goal is to help our retail and wholesale partners improve sell-through, refresh inventory, and grow profitably while maintaining fair and sustainable business terms.
Wholesale Partner Program
Approved wholesale customers may earn loyalty points based on annual cumulative paid merchandise value.
Wholesale Partner Tiers:
- Starter Partner: $200–$999 annual cumulative paid merchandise value — 1% points
- Growth Partner: $1,000–$2,499 annual cumulative paid merchandise value — 2% points
- Preferred Partner: $2,500–$4,999 annual cumulative paid merchandise value — 3% points
- Premier Partner: $5,000+ annual cumulative paid merchandise value — 4% points, subject to account review
1 point equals $1 in promotional store credit and may be applied toward a future eligible wholesale order.
Wholesale customers are upgraded to a higher partner tier once their annual cumulative paid merchandise value reaches the required threshold. Once upgraded, future eligible orders will earn points at the new tier rate.
Wholesale points are calculated based on paid merchandise value only, excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, returns, refunds, custom charges, sample fees, clearance items, final sale items, and other non-product fees.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date issued. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded to a bank account, or applied to previous orders.
Wholesale Stock Rotation Policy
Approved wholesale customers may request stock rotation credit of up to 10% of the paid merchandise value of each eligible wholesale order.
Stock rotation credit is designed to help retail partners manage assortment performance, improve sell-through, and refresh their product selection with new styles.
Wholesale accounts with an eligible order of $5,000 or more may request a higher stock rotation percentage, subject to account review and approval by YINFENYA INC.
In special circumstances, customers may submit a stock rotation exception request. YINFENYA INC will review each request in good faith with the goal of helping customers resolve practical inventory or product issues, while maintaining fair and sustainable business terms.
Eligible items must be unused, unworn, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging when applicable. Custom items, final sale items, clearance items, discontinued promotional items, and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for standard stock rotation.
All stock rotation requests are subject to approval based on account status, order history, product condition, timing, available inventory, and overall business relationship.
Approved stock rotation credit may be applied toward new styles in a future wholesale order. Stock rotation credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed as a cash refund or bank refund.
Wholesale Repair Support
We offer light repair support for eligible wholesale items, including minor component issues such as loose jump rings, clasp adjustments, small assembly repairs, or similar minor repair needs.
Customers must submit a repair request with the order number, SKU, quantity, issue description, and clear photos or videos before sending any item back.
Approved repaired items may be returned together with the customer’s next wholesale shipment when possible.
Repair support does not apply to items damaged by misuse, excessive wear, improper storage, modification, or normal wear and tear.
Retail Rewards Program
Retail customers may join the EvelynSylv XF Rewards Club.
During our launch period, registered retail members may earn 5% back in points on eligible paid merchandise purchases.
After the launch period, standard retail members may earn 3% back in points, while VIP retail members may continue earning 5% back based on annual purchase history.
1 point equals $1 in promotional store credit and may be applied toward a future eligible purchase.

General Terms
All loyalty points, stock rotation credits, repair support, and partner benefits are subject to review and approval by YINFENYA INC.
YINFENYA INC reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, limit, or discontinue any loyalty benefit, stock rotation request, repair request, bonus point issuance, or partner tier upgrade in order to maintain fair and sustainable business operations.
These benefits are promotional business support tools and do not represent cash, gift cards, bank refunds, or guaranteed refunds.
